Sandrine is a qualified French attorney at law specialised in business law.

With over fifteen years’ experience as advisor and litigator for companies and managers for major international law firms in France and Luxembourg, she has also an in-depth knowledge of strategy and liabilities of companies as former member of board of directors of companies.

Her practice includes legal advice and litigation in corporate and transactions, restructuring and finance in France and abroad.

She has particular experience assisting her clients with incorporation of companies, shareholders agreements, mergers, acquisitions, advising and representing companies in financial distress, as well as dealing with the appointment and dismissal of corporate directors and officers and the liabilities they have to face in the exercise of their duties.

She has also developed significant expertise in assisting companies with financing and capital investment matters.
