After obtaining a post-graduate diploma in French, European and International Litigation from the University of Paris-V in 1992, Véronique practised IP in law firms with a strong focus on cross-border business, before creating her own niche firm in 2009.

With benefit of 25 years of experience, she has joined her colleagues Veruschka Möller and Hans Messmer, with whom she had already worked at the beginning of her career.

Véronique has a strong focus on intellectual property, acting for companies in the fields of TV, movie and video production, record labels and producers, designers, start-ups editing web and mobile applications, theatre companies, authors and other artists and assisting them with the legal issues they have to cope with due to their activity.

Véronique also assists companies with specific needs in terms of IP, eg trademark registrations (whether French, European or International), protection of other immaterial assets, licensing, sale or purchase agreements with service providers pertaining to IP rights or other immaterial assets.

She may advise you on all legal aspect of information technologies :

Liability of mediators, protection of personal data, GDPR-compliance (ability to act as data protection officer), e-reputation (privacy rights, libel and slander, impersonation …).

Véronique assists you with the negotiation of all sorts of IP-related agreements, the conception and implementation of legal strategies and policies including ARD, pre-litigation and litigation.
