Veruschka’s personal background naturally led her to an international professional legal practice.

After having completed her studies in a bi-national French-German program in Cologne and Paris, complemented by a training in European and comparative law, Veruschka is admitted as “Avocat à la Cour” (French attorney) in Paris and has been working as a lawyer in various business law firms in Paris for over twenty years.

She has been acting for a variety of French and foreign companies and, having kept strong bonds with her country of origin, with a strong focus on French-German relations.

Veruschka has significant experience in advising and defending litigation cases related to the protection of immaterial assets (intellectual property), as well as in general contract and commercial law, including product liability issues. She advises in questions concerning French and European regulations regarding product compliance and commercial practices.

She has also developed a strong expertise in real estate and in particular in French commercial property, assisting both investors / lessors and business operators / tenants.

Veruschka regularly represents her clients in complex litigation cases.

Her working languages are French, English, German and Italian.
